Jersey is the largest of the Channel Islands and sits in the bay of St Malo with the French coast visible on the horizon. It is a highly cosmopolitan island and much work has been done in recent years to broaden the island's appeal.

Whilst the summer months have always attracted a mix of families and young people seeking the paradise-like golden beaches, the island is truly alive during the autumn and winter months when holiday makers wishing to take advantage of a short break come in ever increasing numbers to experience fine dining, fresh air and a sophisticated ambience with a European flavour.
